What currency do you accept?
All prices stated are in USD.
Where do you ship from?

Momorave is located at a countryside town in Japan, with exorbitant shipping prices to other parts of the world. 

Shipping duration:

- 5-7 business days within Japan.

- around 2-4 weeks to other parts of the world, can take up to 4-6 weeks during peak periods (eg: Christmas).

Why do you update and work so slow like a slowpoke? I want my orders nao!!

Momorave is single-handedly managed by Momo, an extremely busy human who is struggling with life.

Momo only has a pair of arms, one brain, one body unlike Buddha or other godly omnipotent beings.

Please be kind and patient to Momo while she continues to manage all these at once.

When did you start learning crochet?

Momo was a normal, boring and miserable human who was afflicted with a series of unfortunate ailments in 2013 and while bedridden, discovered the wonders of crocheting and amigurumi. She self learnt basic crochet techniques from YouTube, and followed patterns by others. After attaining level 50, she went for a job advancement and is able to synthesize her own patterns as of now.

Do you sell patterns?

Momo has reached level 80 which allows her to synthesize some of her patterns.

Customs order and preorder slots will be occasionally announced over at my Instagram.

Do you accept returns, exchanges and cancellations?

You can cancel any order which has yet to be shipped.

However you will not be able to cancel once it is shipped, usually in 1-2 weeks after a shop update.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Default, custom or personalised crochet orders

  • Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details

Returns to fix the product are only possible if the following defects are found on the product upon delivery, and buyer bears the shipping cost:
- Missing eyes
- Detached limbs/ ears / other attachments on the doll
- Loose threads of embroidered features on the doll

Refunds will be entertained on a case-to-case basis, and requirements will be as per returns.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All products will be packaged in a wrapping bag (designs based on season or natural selection by Darwin’s theory).

Special sets or big fluffy products will be packaged in a gift box.

Care instructions

Never ever attempt to wash any crochets in a washing machine, the derpiness will die in them and in return you will obtain a flaccid carcass of the crochet.

If the crochet gets dirty, do wipe it with a wet cloth with a little bit of soap.
Do not attempt to clean the eyes or the mouth area as the area is usually glued on and the crochet may lose its derp features.
