I managed to chance upon this cafe during my recent trip to Sapporo, and decided to give it a try!
The branch that I visited was at The Guest Cafe & Diner in PARCO near Sapporo station.
We were greeted by a Pokemon themed backdrop which is also a photo-taking spot.

(This dish might be the one I enjoyed having the most. Pouring of the syrup revealed a tiny Gastly with ice-cream + some fruits.)
